لفت ( جوليانو ) أنظار العالم إليه منذ أن كان يبلغ عمره خمس سنوات بقوته البدنية الخارقة
ومازال يتمتع بنفس القدرة بعد بلوغه سن التاسعة
و(جوليانو ) يستطيع أداء تمارين صعبة لا يستطيع شاب فى الثلاثينات أدائها. مثل تمرين الضغط بشكل عمودي وأفقي
وكذلك تمرين وضعية العلم البشرى لمدة دقيقة ونصف
وقد دخل موسوعة “جينيس” للأرقام القياسية كأقوى طفل فى العالم
أما أخيه الذى يصغره بعامين، ( كلاويدو ) فهو لا يقل عنه قوة ويمشى على خطى أخية الاكبر والأخويين لهما العديد من الفيديوهات الخارقة للعادة منتشرة على الأنترنت

( هيركليز الصغير )
طفل من أوكرانيا بدأ فى ممارسة التمارين فى سن عامين وعند بلوغه 6 سنوات استطاع رفع أثقال تصل الى 81 كيلو جرام
ويواظب ريتشارد على التمارين اليومية ليحافظ على لياقتة البدنية وقوتة العضلية الأن ريتشارد سنه 23 عام وهو موديل إعلانات شهير كما ظهر فى الكثير من العروض التلفزيونية والأفلام السينمائية

فى سن السابعة أصبح ( يانج ) واحداً من أقوى الأطفال فى العالم
وتمتع ( يانج ) بقوة خارقة بالنسبة لسنه فيمكنه حمل والده الذى يزن 90 كيلو جرام على ظهره وحمل شكارة من الأسمنت تزن 100 كيلو جرام .. كما يمكنه جر عربة الأسرة الـ ( مينى فان ) على الطريق

MARYANA NAUMOVA
الروسية ( مريانا ) تعتبر اقوى مراهقة فى العالم
فالطالبة الروسيه ذات الـ 16 عاماً رافعة اثقال تحرز العديد من البطولات
وقد حطمت الرقم القياسى بحملها ثقل يزن 150 كيلو جرام أثناء مشاركتها فى بطولة ارلوند الدولية التى تحمل أسم نجم الأكشن ( أرلوند شوارزينجر )

VARVARA AKULOVA
ابنه لعارضان بالسيرك بأوكرانيا تم تسجيلها كأقوى فتاه فى العالم من قبل موسوعة جينيس للأرقام القياسية فى عمر 4 سنوات وفى سن العاشرة سجلت فى موسوعة جينيس لرفعها ثقل يزن 99 كلو جرام ثم عادت بعد اربع سنوات لتسجل رقم قياسي جديد بحمل ثقل يزن 272 كيلو جرام
والأغرب أن ( فرفرا ) لا تمتلك العضلات القوية التى يتمتع بها أغلب لاعبى رفع الأثقال ولذلك يعتقد الخبراء أنها تحمل جينات وراثية من والديها الذين يتمتعون بقوى وقدرات إستثنائية ايضاً
