CLIP DESCRIPTION:
Joanne (Cynthia Stevenson) has a fit when Tommy (Robert Downey Jr.) launches the turkey in her lap; the situation quickly escalates to an exchange of personal insults.
FILM DESCRIPTION:
It’s been said that while most people love their families, they don’t always like them very much, and that emotional dividing line is the heart of this comedy directed by Jodie Foster. Claudia Larson (Holly Hunter) usually approaches family reunions with a certain trepidation, but as she prepares to fly from her home in Chicago to her parent’s place in Baltimore for Thanksgiving, she is more apprehensive than usual. Claudia has just lost her job, she’s not feeling at all well, and her teenage daughter, Kitt (Claire Danes), who is staying behind, informs Claudia on the way to the airport that she plans to use the weekend to lose her virginity with her boyfriend. The family festivities are already under way when Claudia arrives at the home of her mother, Adele (Anne Bancroft), and father, Henry (Charles Durning). Claudia’s brother, Tommy (Robert Downey Jr.), whose homosexuality is tolerated without being discussed on a practical basis, has brought along his new friend Leo Fish (Dylan McDermott). Tommy doesn’t get along well with his fussbudget sister, Joanne (Cynthia Stevenson), who wears her self-sacrifice like a badge of honor, and he simply hates her husband, Walter (Steve Guttenberg), who has often been the target of Tommy’s barbed sense of humor. While the siblings and in-laws struggle to remain civil, their quite eccentric aunt Gladys (Geraldine Chaplin) arrives; she insists on discussing her digestive problems, and after a few drinks, she confesses her long-ago lust for Henry. Home for the Holidays was Jodie Foster’s second film as a director, and the first in which she didn’t also star.

2016 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350R vs. 2015 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 – Head 2 Head Ep. 71
There’s a muscle-car war brewing in Detroit these days. Right as the handling-champion Z/28 goes out of production, Ford delivers a Shelby-badged suckerpunch with a flat-plane-crank V8, MR dampers, and carbon fiber wheels. Head 2 Head host Jason Cammisa takes the two through a series of challenges: first, some canyon carving to see which car is better on the road. Then, a dyno shootout: can the GT350R’s 5.2-liter Voodoo make more power than the venerable 7.0-liter LS7? And then, it’s onto Chuckwalla Valley Raceway where Jason and racecar driver Randy Pobst find out not only which one is faster around the track, but which car handles best. No muscle-car comparison test would be complete without a drag race, of course, so Cammisa lines up the cars with the help of his cousin Bob from West Virginia. This episode of Head 2 Head, presented by Tire Rack (http://www.tirerack.com), is the one-stop shop for everything you need to know about the latest Detroit muscle-car rivalry.

For Children With Clubfoot, Treatment Can Be Life Changing
One out of every thousand children is born with an abnormality called clubfoot, which causes the feet or ankles to be twisted. The process to treat clubfoot is relatively straightforward, but many do not have access to the simple procedures using casting and braces needed to correct it. If left untreated, clubfoot can be debilitating for those it affects. In this short from production company Blue Chalk, see how one doctor in India is working to change the lives of hundreds of children with support from the nonprofit WonderWork.
