A Pasta Masterclass from Pastaiolo Evan Funke

Pasta master Evan Funke of Felix Trattoria in Venice Beach makes “pasta fatta a mano,” fresh pasta made by hand, in the MUNCHIES Test Kitchen. He makes a spinach sfoglia by incorporating blanched spinach into the egg and flour dough and rolls it out using only a table, a mattarello, and his hands as his tools.
