مشروبات رمضانية: طريقة تحضير عصير سموثي الفاكهة
وقت التحضير 3 دقيقة وقت الطهي 5 دقيقة تكفي لـ 2 شخص
المقادير
- 100 غرام من الفاكهة الصيفية الطازجة
- 4 ملاعق كبيرة من الليمون الهندي (غريب فروت)
- 150 ملليلتراً من الحليب منزوع الدسم بصورة نصفية، بارداً
- 450 غراماً من الزبادي
طريقة التحضير
1 تضرب الفاكهة الصيفية والليمون الهندي في الخلاط الكهربائي، وذلك حتى يتشكّل مزيج ناعم.
2 تضاف ملعقتان من هذا المزيج إلى كلّ كوب.
