Binging With Babish Makes The Parks And Rec Turkey Burger – How To

Andrew Rea of the “Binging with Babish” YouTube channel recreates Chris Traeger’s “East Meets West” turkey burger from Parks and Recreation. This dressed up turkey burger is stacked with homemade black truffle aioli, a parmesan and fontina cheese crisp, and papaya saffron chutney.

Although Andrew admits that it doesn’t, as they say in the TV show, taste as good as Beyoncé smells, he says it’s still the best turkey burger he’s ever eaten.

How To Make Boudin Balls with Isaac Toups

Isaac Toups is back in the MUNCHIES Test Kitchen and today he’s making boudin balls, a classic Cajun dish made of pork shoulder, chicken liver, rice, seasonings, and the Cajun trinity of onions, bell peppers, and celery. For extra flavor, Isaac uses beer to deglaze the pork and adds 90 cloves of garlic. Yes, you read that correctly: 90 cloves of garlic. Rice was used historically in this dish to extend the filling in order to feed more people, but Isaac keeps it in for tradition, flavor, and texture. Though the filling can go into sausage casings, Isaac fries it into boudin balls for a flavor-packed snack. Chorizo Hot Dogs, Pizza, & Fernet – Drunk Eats Buenos Aires

Allie Lazar hits the streets of Buenos Aires to sample some of the best late night food the city has to offer. Nights in Buenos Aires run long and late, as dinner isn’t usually served until 9pm, and the cuisine is heavily influenced by Italy and Spain. Aperitivo is essential: usually a vermouth- or fernet-based drink and a picada, the Argentine version of tapas or finger food, which is often a big board of various meats and cheeses. Allie starts her night off with a homemade Italian-Porteña meal, followed by a happy hour with various cocktails and a pizza to go. She ends her night with a typical Argentine street food: choripán, a chorizo hot dog.
