Dragon Ball Z: 10 Hidden Secrets You Never Knew About Vegeta

Dragon Ball Z: 10 Hidden Secrets You Never Knew About Vegeta!

Dragon Ball is one of the most popular anime’s on the planet. Even if you’ve never watched it, names like Goku and Vegeta are surely familiar to you. With Dragon Ball Super beyond the 100th episode now, we’ve come to love and care for many of these characters. That includes the hot tempered and initially evil Vegeta, a Saiyan Prince from a planet of which he is named after. After the planet was destroyed by Frieza, Prince Vegeta technically became King, but never went by that title as there weren’t any other Saiyans around. Or perhaps, a sign of respect from the hot tempered Prince? Vegeta actually lacks the genetic capability to go Super Saiyan 3, something that Goku is able to do. Thankfully, he can transform into Super Saiyan Blue, the level beyond the God transformation. Oh-and Vegeta has a brother! Named Tarble, his name and Vegeta’s spell out “vegetable”. Trust Toriyama to continue the vegetable theme. He also has a surprise sister in law with Bulma and was able to hold onto the Majin powers he got during the Buu saga. Unlike other Z fighters though, Vegeta has done some pretty heinous things, including doing harm to civilians. Thankfully, that wasn’t a permanent phase. Oh-and he’s never actually been to Kame House. How about that?? Seeing as it was so important to the training of the Z fighters, it’s pretty weird to think Vegeta’s never actually stepped foot inside of it. His iconic line, “over 9000” was actually a dubbing mistake too, making the hilarious internet memes all wrong technically when we go by the original Japanese dialogue. But 9000 is way cooler anyway.

The Rise and Fall of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. | Documentary

Imagine the following scenario: you, the player, are tasked with stealing top-secret documents from a former research institute-turned-military complex swarming with enemies. You manage to slip into the main building undetected, narrowly avoiding the eyesight of your adversaries – but just as you reach the target, you are spotted, and the alarm goes off. Undeterred, you reload your previous save with the intention of making the alert go away – only to be confronted with the same relentless wailing. You load the next save in your list – and once again, the haunting sound is still there. It’s as if the ghost of your previous, inept incarnation has polluted your world with its spectral presence – and there’s nothing you can do about it.

This scene epitomizes the often baffling, yet thoroughly fascinating series of first person shooter survival horror games developed by GSC Game World, Stalker. Stalker is not a series of finished products, but rather, a work-in-progress, a palimpsest whose texture inscribes the history of its troubled development. All the hardships, discarded ideas, and unrealistic ambitions that dogged the games’ development haunt them in the form of innumerable bugs and frustrating design flaws. And yet, despite – or perhaps even because of these faults, the series managed to attract a sizeable cult following, spawning an abundance of mods, fanfiction, novels, as well as films, and even inspire courageous fans to enact their fantasies in the game’s real life setting: the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. The story of the Stalker series illustrates that sometimes, success is only possible if it straddles the border of disaster.

10 WWE References You Missed in Animated Movies

10 WWE References You Missed in Animated Movies!

The WWE has it’s own collection of animated movies, but the pro-wrestling company has been around long enough to have a lot of influence on the animated genre. By looking back at some animated hits from companies like Disney, Pixar, and Warner Bros., you can see some direct references to the world of wrestling and the WWE.

In Monsters Inc, the CDA protects the monsters from children. One agent goes so far as to perform an elbow drop on one of the monsters. In Shrek, a whole fight scene is styled like a WWE match and features a number of signature wrestling moves and poses. In Green Lantern: First Flight, Hal Jordan can use his ring to transform into literally anything, but he chooses the signature WWE weapon: a steel chair. The anime series One Piece features characters designed off of WWE Superstars like Mankind and Hulk Hogan. In a lot of DCAU films, Wonder Woman uses combat skills that are very similar to WWE Superstars like Brock Lesnar. Dwayne Johnson draws a lot from his WWE days in films and WWE references become animated within Moana. The animated/live-action hybrid film Small Soldiers features a clip from an actual WWE match. The main villain in Despicable Me 2 is known as El Macho, a character that is based off WWE legend Macho Man Randy Savage. In the Cars Toon short films, Tow Mater takes on the world of wrestling and there are numerous references to WWE characters and events. Ferdinand comes out this winter and stars WWE Superstar John Cena. Multiple trailers have already made reference to his WWE career. Watch to see all of these references to the WWE!

The Grand Theft Auto franchise is known for allowing players to explore the world around them and do, basically, whatever they want. Players can opt to follow the storyline and complete all of the side missions or they can go rogue and forge their own path. There really is no wrong way to play a Grand Theft Auto game and the best part about this franchise is the ability to play the game in so many different ways.

For players who opt to forge their own path, there are endless possibilities of what the world of Grand Theft Auto may hold for them. Some players may opt to play the game without committing any crimes or violence whatsoever. Others may want to commit as many crimes as possible while ignoring the storyline entirely and being chased by the LSPD. Either way, players want to see all that the virtual world has to offer them and figure out if they can discover new ways to play the game.

While Grand Theft Auto 5 is several years old now, there is still a lot left unknown to gamers about GTA Online. There are plenty of new updates added by Rockstar regularly and players have taken it upon themselves to find every easter egg and secret side mission within the game itself. However, there is a possibility that there are still some hidden easter eggs or even secret missions which have gone undiscovered. In an open world as expansive as San Andreas and Los Santos, it’s to be expected. Without further ado, here are 10 things you didn’t know you could do in GTA 5 online!
