1 Tbsp butter for lacing or frying

CREPES RATIO:
1: Part Eggs
1: Part Milk (again, g and ml weigh pretty much the same here)
0.5: Parts Flour (plain/all purpose)
Salt (+ Pepper if you’re going savoury)
