Alligator Chili Recipe – How to Make Alligator Chili

In this episode of “What’s Cooking?” Michael travels to Mendham, New Jersey where Allrecipes home cook, Doug, teaches us how to make Alligator Chili!

We started in Doug’s kitchen, throwing in alligator, smoked paprika, chipotle peppers, and more! For a little more bite, throw in some more chipotles or perhaps a tasty habanero. The trick to a good chili is to make it early and let it “simmer” all day long. If you have the time, making it a day early is ideal. With all these bold spices coming together, this recipe is a wake-up call to the taste buds and will have you coming back for more!

Veal Mozzarella Recipe

In this episode of “What’s Cooking?” Michael travels to Gilberstville, Pennsylvania, just outside Philly, where Allrecipes home cook, Patti, teaches us how to make Veal Mozzarella!

These wafer-thin, melt-in-your-mouth veal cutlets are smothered in a decadent buttery sherry sauce. Originally inspired by Ralph’s Italian Restaurant in South Philly, this dish is excellent for dinner parties. Patti serves this with a salad tossed with raspberry vinaigrette and goat cheese crumbles, greens sauteed in garlic and olive oil, Italian bread, and plenty of white wine! It also goes well over angel hair pasta.
