Britain’s Got Talent: Gay and Alan Cooper, AKA Aeolian Chimes have been a hit ever since their audition revealed the world of handbell ringing to the masses. Performing the theme from Titanic, the audience were able to sing along and the judges put them straight through! With nearly 40 years’ bell ringing experience between them, this husband and wife team are still nervous at the prospect of so many viewers at home and even Simon’s comments – but their love and passion for their talent is something that’s exciting them about tonight’s performance. As they set out on Britain’s Got Talent just to open people’s eyes to the music that can be created with their instruments – they hope to make handbell ringing big in Britain again.
