Detective Kevin Corcoran (Tom Weston-Jones, MI-5), an intense, rugged Irish-immigrant cop working the city’s notorious Five Points neighborhood, is spending the evening at Eva’s Paradise brothel with tough-as-nails madam Eva Heissen (Franka Potente, The Bourne Supremacy, Run Lola Run) – when Detective O’Brien bursts in: “There’s a body in Cow Bay!”
