عمر الشريف مع إبنه طارق وحفيده عمر…وشاهد صور نادرة لهما

أعلن طارق النجل الأكبر للنجم العالمي عمر الشريف عن خبر حزين يتعلق بوالده، وهو إصابته بمرض الزهايمر. وأكد في تصريحاته لصحيفة El Mundo الإسبانية أن والده يخلط بين أشهر أفلامه، مثل Doctor Zhivago وLawrence of Arabia، كما أنه ينسى مواقع تصويرها.
وقال: “والدي عمر الشريف مصاب بمرض الزهايمر، ولا أستطيع أن أحدد هو الآن بأي مرحلة من المرض، ولكن من الواضح أن حالته لن تتحسن وستزداد سوءا”.

وتابع: “هو يدرك أنه ممثل مشهور، كما أنه يعلم أنه قام ببطولة فيلم اسمه Doctor Zhivago، ولكنه غير مدرك لكافة تفاصيله، مثل المواقع التي تم تصويره فيها”.

وأردف: “يستطيع والدي في أحيان أخرى أن يتحدث عن أحد أفلامه، ولكنه ينسى في المقابل اسم العمل، أو يستبدله باسم فيلم آخر”.
كذلك اعترف طارق عمر الشريف أن والده (83 عاما) غير مدرك لوفاة زوجته السابفة الفنانة فاتن حمامة، والتي رحلت عن عالمنا في 17 يناير الماضي، مشيرا أنه يسأل عنها الآن قائلا: “كيف حال فاتن؟”.

وعن محل إقامة عمر الشريف الحالية، ذكر نجله طارق أنه يقيم في أحد فنادق مدينة الجونة في الغردقة، وهو عبارة عن منتجع سياحي مطل مباشرة على البحر الأحمر، ومتخصص في الرياضات المائية مثل الغطس.

ومن المفارقات انه في عام 1967 تعرض عمر الشريف لهجوم عنيف من قبل وسائل الإعلام العربية لقيامه بدور يهودي أمام ممثلة يهودية هي بربارا ستريسند في فيلم «فتاة مرحة» بعد هزيمة 1967، وصلت إلى اتهامه بالعمالة، وكثرت المطالبات وقتها بإسقاط جنسية من باع وطنه بقبلة ليهودية، وبالفعل سقطت الجنسية المصرية عنه في أواخر أيام جمال عبد الناصر لتعاد إليه مرة أخرى في عهد السادات، وفي المقابل أيضا لم يسلم الشريف من هجوم الجماعات اليهودية القوية، واعتراض الصحافة الإسرائيلية على وجوده ضمن نسيج السينما الأميركية!.

وفي عام 1979 تعرض لمقاطعة عربية شديدة بسبب فيلم «شانتي» على الرغم من اعتذاره عن دور البطولة فيه بسبب تحديد إسرائيل مكانا للتصوير؛ وكذلك لم يسلم من حملة يهودية شرسة بعد أن أصبح أحد أكبر خمسة ممثلين في السينما العالمية.

وفي الثمانينيات أدارت السينما العالمية وجهها المشرق عن عمر الشريف لتجاوزه الخمسين من عمره لتصبح السينما بالنسبة له على حد قوله «أكل عيش»، فأصبح ظهوره في العديد من الأدوار يرتبط بضائقة مالية بسبب مراهنات الخيل أو خسارة كل نقوده على طاولة لعبة البريدج التي احترفها عالميا، والتي كان لها دور رئيس في انطفاء نجمه لفترة طويلة.
وقدم فيلم «إبراهيم وأزهار القرآن» في عام 2003 الذي أثار إعجاب النقاد، وأثار ضجة جماهيرية كبيرة بسبب تجسيده دور مسلم يتبنى طفلا يهوديا في دعوة إلى التسامح بين الأديان.

وفي 2005 قام ببطولة فيلم «القديس بطرس» الذي نال إعجاب رجال الفاتيكان؛ إلا أنه أثار حفيظة بعض الجماعات بقيامه بدور قديس مسيحي ووصل الأمر لتهديده بالقتل عبر موقع على الإنترنت.

Marriage referendum: dancing in streets with ‘Irish pride’

A major celebration in Dublin last night after a landslide victory for gay marriage.

Thousands filled the streets of Dublin to hear the announcement and stayed through the night to enjoy being “part of Irish history”.

The No side have congratulated the Yes team on their victory, and said they will continue to campaign for family rights.
