Shredder has gone into his think tank & then makes mutations that set fire to the Half Shell Heroes’ lair. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles must fight shredder with their shellraiser truck but their attempt to stop the mutations from setting fire to their lair tank. So TMNT get a fire truck to stop mutations fire. After the fire truck has done its job the Half Shell Heroes stand next to their Shellraiser and decide what to do with the mutations.
