Thor: Ragnarok is being described by critics as the best Marvel movie ever – and rightly so! It’s epic, it’s hilarious, it’s colourful and it truly takes the Marvel Cinematic Universe franchise to new levels. As a result, it’s got a lot of people talking and this video will look at some of the best theories fans have come up with in relation to it. You should be warned, however, that this video discusses things that happened in the movie, so don’t read on or watch it if you haven’t seen it and don’t’ want your viewing experience to be spoilt! The theories in question are; that the Eternal Flame in Thor: Ragnarok is the final Infinity Stone, that it will lead to some epic movies based on Marvel story arcs like Secret Invasion, Siege and World War Hulk, that Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie will become the female Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the future, that Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark assisted Bruce Banner AKA the Hulk in leaving Earth after Avengers: Age of Ultron, that Josh Brolin’s Thanos will kill the gigantic Fire Demon Surtur in Avengers: Infinity war, that Jeff Goldblum’s Grandmaster character is a Celestial in the MCU rather than and Elder of the Universe, that Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange will fix Thor’s hammer Mjolnir, that Lady Sif didn’t appear in the movie because she was banished from Asgard, that Cate Blanchett’s Hela didn’t actually die at the end of the movie, and that it was Thanos who appeared in his spaceship in the mid-credits scene.
