فوائد الشوفان :
يساعد تناوله على فقدان في الوزن لاحتوائه على الألياف ذات سعرات حرارية قليلة.
يعمل على الوقاية من عدّة أمراض سرطانية مثل سرطان الأمعاء. يعمل على حماية القلب من الجلطات والسكتات وانسداد الشرايين. مضاد للاكتئاب والتوتر والضغط النفسي.
تناول الشوفان بصورة مستمرة يعمل بالحفاظ على لياقة الجسم وصلابته، وتجدّد خلايا الجسم وزيادة نشاطه.
تناوله كوجبة إفطار لتزيد من نشاط الجسم او قبل الذهاب للتمرين.
يساعد الشوفان في علاج السمنة، وينظّم عملية الهضم بالجسم، كما ويعالج الإرهاق، ويساعد الجسم على النوم بهدوء.
