Avengers Infinity War was a film for the ages, ten years in the making. Earth’s Mightiest Heroes faced their strongest opponent yet and the film showcased some of the most overpowered character moments yet. First off, there was the four members of the Black Order; Thanos’ children. There was the troll like figure Cull Obsidian, who was smashing his way through New York in the opening battle scene. Next up, Proxima Midnight and Corvus Glaive, a spear wielding duo responsible for taking Vision out of the picture; a character who would’ve made this list if not for them. Then there’s Ebony Maw, the strongest of the bunch who is also the weakest physically. What’s his secret? Then we have Wong, the co-guardian of the New York Sanctum along with Dr. Strange. Both are masters of the mystic arts and use their magic to the best of their abilities in the film. Iron Man is shown to be quite powerful as well, with his new nanotechnology suit and the Iron Spider suit he gave Spider Man. Heimdall was integral to the plot, using Black Magic to use the power of the bifrost without the bifrost ever being present. Then there’s the truly overpowered characters. Scarlet Witch continues to showcase her abilities as one of the strongest beings in the galaxy in Infinity War while Thor is now an insane force to be reckoned with, as he decimates armies with ease. But they all paled in comparison to the power of Thanos and the Infinity Stones. Even without the stones, he was powerful, but as the film went on, he just got more and more intense.

With video games being a hot property, you’ll have noticed more and more famous people cropping up in them. Whether they’re actors voicing a role or musicians making an appearance as themselves, celebrities are everywhere, if you know where to look. Today, we’ll show you some of our favorite celebrity cameos that you may not have been aware of.

If you had to cast an actor as a tough guy who was also someone’s dad, you’d pick Liam Neeson. However, before he was in Taken, he played a less all-action kind of father when he voiced James in Fallout 3. We’ll tell you about that here, as well as how art-film heroine Ellen Page took the somewhat obscure game Broken: Two Souls and made it her own. There’s Hollywood royalty too, with Susan Sarandon’s part in Dishonored and Emma Stone’s appearance in Sleeping Dogs giving us two Oscar winners.

Sci-fi fans know Sir Patrick Stewart from Star Trek: The Next Generation, but did you know he was in The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion? Meanwhile, we’ll show you how Phil Collins and Katy Perry made it from pop heroes to gaming icons in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories and The Sims. For wrestling fans, the NJPW franchise’s stars turned up in Yakuza 6: The Song Of Life. Meanwhile, Peter Dinklage wasn’t as well received in Destiny as he was in Game of Thrones.

Stay tuned to the end when we’ll show you how pop superstar Ariana Grande crossed over into the world of Final Fantasy. Thanks for watching and don’t forget to subscribe to TheGamer for more awesome gaming related videos!
