تجسد (هيفاء) فى المسلسل شخصيتين توءما ، الأول تدعى (مريم) ، وهي سيدة خرساء تفقد النطق إثر وفاة والدها بعد حادثة سيارة ، وتقع في مشاكل جمة مع زوجها ، والأخرى تدعى (ملك) وهي سيدة أعمال تعود من الخارج إلى (القاهرة) لمتابعة أعمالها ، وتتقرب (ملك) من رجل الأعمال نديم (خالد النبوي) بهدف تنفيذ حملة إعلانية لمزرعته ، تغضب (مريم) من أختها (ملك) بسبب زواج (ملك) من (نديم) بعد خيانة رشا (ريهام عبد الغفور) زوجة (نديم) له .
