حينما قمنا بتصفح الأنترنت للبحث عن أكثر المدن أو الدول التى يوجد بها عدد من العقارات , وجدنا أن الصين بها أكثر من 50 مليون منزل خالي غير مؤهول بالسكان . وهو الأمر الذى يستحق التعجب ! , حيث أن عدد مثل هذا يكفى لتسكين ما يزيد عن 100 مليون نسمة , وهو ما يعادل التعداد السكانى لدولة ضخمة مثل مصر , وحينما قررنا دراسة الأمر والنظر اليه عن قرب ، وجدنا ما يثير الدهشة والأستغراب

فهناك بالفعل العديد من المدن فى الصين التى لا يسكنها الكثير من السكان , بالرغم من ان الصين هى أكبر الدول تعداداً للسكان , ولكن ما يدعوا للآستغراب بشكل أكبر هو أن معظم تلك المنازل يتم شرائها وبيعها دون الأستفادة من السكن فيها , وهنا يأتى السؤال الأهم ، لماذا يحدث هذا ؟
