Starting on YouTube: Dos and Don’ts and Equipment
Incompetech: http://incompetech.com
In the second episode in my series Starting on YouTube I discuss several common Dos and Don’ts including a brief description of copyright as well as tips on how to speak well in front of a camera. I also discuss how you should never be afraid to fail with making a particular video. Taking myself for an example, for as many successful series I have there are several that failed for whatever reason.
In addition I talk about what kind of equipment you might need. The main things are a camera, a lighting setup as well as what kind of computer you will need to be able to edit video.
The entire purpose of this series is to help you to with making YouTube videos. I love making videos on YouTube and so what better way to give back than to help some of you start your own channels and hopefully become the next big thing on YouTube.

When ideas have sex | Matt Ridley
http://www.ted.com At TEDGlobal 2010, author Matt Ridley shows how, throughout history, the engine of human progress has been the meeting and mating of ideas to make new ideas. It’s not important how clever individuals are, he says; what really matters is how smart the collective brain is.

Evolution of Game Boy
While filming a video recently I realized I had way too many clips that I wasn’t going to use so I decided instead of letting them go to waste I would create this little video. It’s not meant to be all that serious, just a short little video for the fun of it.
