The first stop of the 2011 Red Bull Manny Mania season has crowned its first regional champion.

The verdict was unanimous – the 19 year-old amateur skater, Contantinos Mavridis was announced winner of the Greek stop of the Red Bull Manny Mania world skate tour and will be moving on to the Finals in New York City.

This homemade fruit custard tart (although we cheated with the custard!) brings amazing colour and fresh zingy fruity flavours to any spread. Whether it’s afternoon tea in the summer or a centre piece dessert… It will get the wow factor!
