In Gordon Ramsay’s Shark Bait, the world’s most famous chef will expose the shocking practices that are threatening the existence of one of the earth’s most amazing creatures and confront the illicit fishermen, traders and diners who are responsible for the shark’s precipitous decline.

Gordon Ramsay gets to witnesses how they catch sharks. Gordon joins a crew who are out at sea who have a 12 mile line out to catch fish. Gordon finds out that they use fresher shark meat as bait.

He traveled the world to confront the illicit fishermen, traders and diners who are responsible for the shark’s precipitous decline. Gordon Ramsay investigates a series of blocks who have thousands of shark fins drying out on roofs. He manages to get on top of the roof despite being denied access. This determination allowed him to capture a gold mine of shark fins before they hurry to escape the area.
