Under bright, bluebird skies, 18 of the world’s most notable up-and-comers alongside the icons of snowboarding progressed the sport to a new level, as Red Bull Supernatural ran at Baldface Lodge outside of Nelson, B.C., Canada. From the first rider to drop, Scotty Lago, through Travis Rice’s final run, the never before ridden Red Bull Supernatural course challenged every aspect of the competitors’ talents, bringing the most progressive riding of our time together in a single run.

Mission to the edge of Space – Red Bull Stratos 2012

The mission, Red Bull Stratos, will take renowned athlete Felix Baumgartner to at least 120,000 feet above the earth, to the very edge of Space.

From there, he will attempt a stratospheric free fall jump – the longest in the history of man – and hopefully will become the first human to break the speed of sound with his own body.

This is a mission to overcome limits which have existed for almost fifty years, ever since the heroic achievement of the young US Air Force test pilot, Joe Kittinger, with his 1960 Excelsior mission.

Red Bull Stratos will attempt to make history and deliver valuable learnings for medical and scientific advancement that will aid the exploration of space in future years.

HHO Dry Cell Update

This setup uses 21 SS switch plate covers with the on/off opening switch hole in between the water in and gas out. It has 6 hot plates with three neutrals in between making 5 stacks. The reservoir and tubing is stained from using water from the tap in the past. I’m just starting to learn about plate surface area and proper amperage but still just a beginner and looking for some helpful advice with my next project! Plate thickness? Distance between plates? Luego de una reñida competencia en un escenario poco particular, Playa Hermosa en Jaco se transportó a la década de los 70’s en el evento Red Bull Blast from the Past, donde los máximos representantes de la escena del surf de Costa Rica corrieron olas sobre tablas de la vieja escuela.

Over 1,000 spectators showed up to enjoy Red Bull’s Blast from the Past in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica. The native surfers enjoyed a unique competition that required contestants to use old school surfboards from the 1970’s and 1980’s.
