حاكم دبى يلتقى بالقيادات الإعلامية في الخيمة الرمضانية بأتلانتس

 

أكد الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي، ، أن الإمارات تتمنى الخير والسلام لدولنا وشعوبنا العربية بعيداً عن الحروب وسفك الدماء، معرباً عن أمله في أن يعم السلام والاستقرار ربوع الوطن العربي وتنعم الشعوب العربية الشقيقة بالأمن والرخاء والكرامة الوطنية.

 

جاء ذلك خلال لقاءه في الخيمة الرمضانية بمنتجع «أتلانتس»، مع القيادات الإعلامية والصحافية وممثلي المؤسسات الإعلامية والصحافية الوطنية والعربية والأجنبية العاملة في الدولة، وذلك خلال مأدبة الإفطار والأمسية الرمضانية التي نظمها المكتب الإعلامي لحكومة دبي.

 
وأكد أن الإعلام رسالة إنسانية واجتماعية نبيلة فحواها إظهار الحقيقة ودحض الباطل وتنوير الرأي العام والدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان وكرامته وتصويب الخطأ والفصل بين المصلحة العامة والمصلحة الشخصية.

 
كما أعرب عن تفاؤله بنجاح الإمارات في الترويج لاستضافة «إكسبو 2020» الذي يجمع الثقافة والسياحة والاقتصاد ومجالات أخرى متنوعة تحت خيمة واحدة، منوهاً سموه بأن هناك معطيات مشجعة تشير إلى إمكانية الفوز باستضافة هذا المعرض الدولي في العام 2020.

نصيحة طبية لمرضى القولون العصبى فى رمضان

 

من الأمراض الشائعة التي تصيب الكثير والذي تندرج أعراضه في انتفاخ البطن والمغص.

تقول الدكتورة نيرة محمود، استشاري باطنة وسكر، أن الصيام مفيد لمرضى القولون العصبي فهو يريح المعدة بدرجة كبيرة

بسبب التوقف عن تناول الطعام الفترة بين الإفطار والسحور، ما يساعد على تنظيم عمل المعدة والحفاظ على القناة

الهضمية، إضافة إلى أن الحالة الروحية في رمضان تساعد كثيرا مريض القولون الذي يعتبر التوتر والانفعال أحد الأسباب التي

تزيد من تهيج القولون.

وفيما يلي بعض الإرشادات التي تنصح الدكتورة نيرة محمود باتباعها خلال الشهر الكريم:

– تقسيم وجبة الإفطار إلى وجبتين، والامتناع عن الأكل حتى امتلاء المعدة تجنبا لعسر الهضم الذي يسبب تهيج القولون.

– تناول الخضروات بكثرة لتنشيط حركة القولون كالسلطة الخضراء، وكذلك الخضار المطبوخ مع التقليل من تسبيكه.

– الفاكهة مفيدة لحركة القولون أيضا لذا يمكن تناولها بكثرة بين الإفطار والسحور، ويمكن تناول الحلويات بكمية معتدلة.

– شرب من ست إلى ثمانية أكواب على الأقل مهم جدا للوقاية من الإمساك.

– تجنب البقوليات كالفول والعدس قدر الإمكان.

– ممارسة رياضة المشي لمدة نصف ساعة بعد الإفطار أربعة مرات أسبوعيا على الأقل.

– تأخير السحور قد الإمكان للسماح للمعدة بالهضم، والقولون أن يفرغ محتوياته.

أعلنت إدارة إسطبل إماراتي نجاحها في توليد حصان من بويضة مهرة لم يتجاوز عمرها عام واحد، مؤكدة أن هذا الحدث هو الأول من نوعه عالميا.

وقالت إسطبلات الشيخ منصور بن زايد آل نهيان نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء بالإمارات ، إن هذا الإنجاز العلمي ‘يعد ثورة في مجال تكاثر الخيل، إذ اصبح توليد الخيول ممكنا من السنة الأولى من العمر بدلا من الانتظار إلى وصول المهرة أو الفرس إلى سن ثلاث أو أربع سنوات’.

وأوضحت في بيان أنه ‘تم تلقيح بويضة مهرة تدعى (الوطنية) وتبلغ من العمر عاما واحدا، ونقل أجنتها إلى فرس مستقبلة لينتج عنها مولود حي، وهذا يحدث للمرة الأولى في العالم’.

وذكر البيان أن عملية التلقيح الجديدة ونقل الأجنة ستساهم في إنقاذ السلالات المهددة بالانقراض، والإكثار من إعداد السلالات النادرة .

Ive been getting this game suggested to me for a looong time. Ive never been too convinced to actually play it and even when Cry played it (and he suggested strongly that I played it), I still wasnt too sure. But since so many bros enjoyed the Anna series and this is sort of similar I wanted to give it a spin. Im really glad I did because this game is awesome! Hope you bros will enjoy this LP with me 🙂
