Baumgartner reached an estimated speed of 1,357.6 km/h or 843.6 mph(Mach 1.25) jumping from the stratosphere, which when certified will make him the first man to break the speed of sound in freefall and set several other records while delivering valuable data for future space exploration.

المقادير:

12 سجق
2 علب من عجينة الباف باستري
1 ملعقة كبيرة مستردة
1 ملعقة كبيرة من دقيق للسطح
1 ملعقة كبيرة زيت زيتون لدهن الصنية

الطريقة:

1 – سخني الفرن وادهني صنية الفرن بالزيت.
2 – حضري السجق وفقا لتعليمات العبوة.
3 – افردي عجينة الباف باستري على سطح مرشوش بالدقيق. ثم قطعيها إلى 12 مربعات حسب طول السجق.
4 – افردي المستردة على العجينة ، مع التأكد من ترك 2 سم من كل جانب دون الخردل للسماح للعجين بالإلتصاق.
5 – ضع السجق في جانب العجينة وقومي بلفها والضغط بإصبعك للسماح بالتصاق.
6 – قطع إلى لفائف بحجم القطمة.
7 – إخبزيها في الفرن لمدة 10 دقائق أو حتى يصبح لون العجين ذهبي.
8 – تقدم ساخنة مع الكاتشب المستردة.
