As Red Bull Air Race prepares to come in for a landing in Texas, take a ride from inside Chambliss’s cockpit as he buzzes by the Texas Star at Fair Park, chicanes around trees in the Trinity River Bend and flies under an overpass on the way to Fort Worth, landing at Texas Motor Speedway.

The Red Bull Air Race World Championship features the world’s best race pilots in a pure motorsport competition that combines speed, precision and skill. Using the fastest, most agile and lightweight racing planes, pilots navigate a low-level aerial track made up of air-filled pylons 80 feet high at speeds up to 230 mph.
