Final Destination 3 (2006)
Ashley and Ashlyn’s Death By Tanning Bed was hands down one of the most… creative ways to go ever shot.

This movie overall wins for originality, but the elevator massacre wins for referential self-awareness.

Alien (1979)
The Chest-buster scene is famous now, but at the time no one – not the audience, not even the cast, could have known what was coming.

Let The Right One In (2008)
The pool scene from Låt den rätte komma in is not the most terrifying or the goriest death. Rather, it takes top prize on our list due to its artistry and restraint.

There has been speculation galore: it looked Jared Leto there for a while. Joaquin Phoenix, Keeanu Reeves and Johnny Depp were tossed about. We had our dark horse hopes in for Andy Serkis, but it looks as though he’s already scored a MCU part, which has been at the center of plenty of other speculation. But it looks as though Sherlock’s got the part locked up, making Benedict Cumberbatch officially the busiest man at next year’s Comic-Con (or something like that).
