In the first part of Huang’s World: Shanghai, Eddie ventures into the heart of the city where he meets with Qiuxiang Wang, a humble street food vendor working to live in the city on her own terms. He spends time in her home, where she’s constantly making grilled skewers, then grabs a midnight snack at a popular nighttime market and gets a glimpse into what life is like for those trying to keep homegrown markets alive.
