Nick Clegg and Ed Miliband clash over tuition fees at leaders’ debate

From the leaders’ debate: Nick Clegg faces up to the tuition fee issue rather than waiting for another leader to bring it to his door.

He then attacks Ed Miliband as “pious” and ordered him to apologise for crashing the economy.

Meanwhile, Nicola Sturgeon says that politicians have no right to cut tuition fees when they’ve benefited from them.

Leaders’ debate: ‘Farage should be ashamed’ on HIV – Leanne Wood

The leaders’ debate first clap went to Plaid Cymru’s Leanne Wood, after she told Ukip leader Nigel Farage that he should be ashamed of himself.

Mr Farage had been talking about the treatment of immigrants with HIV on the NHS.
