بالرغم من أن الفنان سامح حسين متزوج من مدة كبيرة إلا أن صور زفافه قليلة وما زالت تنال إعجاب جمهوره ومحبيه وخصوصاً عندما تظهر صورة جديدة للفنان سامح حسين
يشتهر الفنان سامح حسين بخفة الدم المطلقة وقدرته السريعة على إضحاك الجمهور كانت بداية الفنان سامح حسين الفنية في مسلسل السيت كوم ومسلسل راجل وست ستات مع الفنان أشرف
عبد الباقي حيث أنه كان يمثل دور رمزي الشاب الساذج وهو ابن عم عادل (الفنان أشرف عبد الباقي) وبسبب هذا المسلسل أحبه الجمهور كثيراً وحفظوا عنه جملته الشهيرة وهي
دووولة حبيبي ويعتبر الفنان سامح حسين من أحد النجوم الذين بسببهم نجح المسلسل.

الفنان الكوميدي سامح حسين هو من مواليد 16/12/1975 واسمه بالكامل سامح حسين عبد المعتمد، درس في كلية الحقوق والآداب قسم مسرح .
كما أنه درس في مركز الإبداع بدار الأوبرا المصرية وفي بداية حياته الفنية أسند له العديد من الأدوار الصغيرة سواء في السينما أو المسرح أو التليفزيون.
والفنان سامح حسين متزوج من خارج الوسط الفني ورزق من زوجته بابنتان هما فاطمة ومريم حتى أنه لقب بأبو البنات ورد الفنان سامح حسين على معجبيه بأنه سعيد جداً بهذا اللقب
