JOY is the wild story of a family across four generations centered on the girl who becomes the woman who founds a business dynasty and becomes a matriarch in her own right. Betrayal, treachery, the loss of innocence and the scars of love, pave the road in this intense emotional and human comedy about becoming a true boss of family and enterprise facing a world of unforgiving commerce. Allies become adversaries and adversaries become allies, both inside and outside the family, as Joy’s inner life and fierce imagination carry her through the storm she faces. MEMENTO / THE LIMEY

Both films play with time and memory to create uniquely told stories about men trying to solve the mysteries of crimes close to their hearts. While Memento is told backwards The Limey constantly skips through time and locations leaving the audience to draw many of their own conclusions about when things are really taking place.

In Steven Soderbergh’s 1999 film, The Limey, Terrence Stamp plays Wilson, an ex-con from the UK who comes to Los Angeles to seek out his daughter’s killer. We follow him as he encounters a variety of suspects and tries to figure out exactly what happened.
