هذا الجدار النفسي يتغلب عليه أي عداء محترف يعرف قاعدة الـ 40 %
هذه القاعدة التى تقول أنك عندما تصطدم بهذا الجدار هذا يعني انك إستعملت فقط 40 % من قواك العقلية والجسدية إى مازال هناك 60 % أخريين .. تخيل هذا ؟
تخيل أنك وصلت إلى درجة أصبحت منهاراً تماماً هل يعقل بعد كل هذا أنك لم تبذل بعد نصف طاقتك !
ومن أجل إختراق هذا الحاجز النفسي الوهمي يجب أن تكون إرادتك أقوى، فالإرادة تتغلب على ما يقوله لك عقلك .

هناك مخزون من القوى والعزم غير مستخدم بداخل كلاً منا .. ربما تعيش حياتك كلها دون أن تصل إليه
