15-Minute Chickpea Pancake with Mint Chutney

Chef Chintan Pandya of restaurants Adda and Rahi is in his backyard making chickpea crepes, a quick and customizable snack from his childhood in Western India. These crepes are packed with protein thanks to chickpea flour and are stuffed with veggies like tomatoes, onions, spinach, or anything else available. Chintan’s crepes come together in about fifteen minutes, including a green herbaceous chutney made with mint, cilantro, chilis, and lime juice.

How to Make Ramen Carbonara #WithMe | At Home Recipes | Allrecipes.com

Ingredients:
2 slices bacon, chopped
½ cup chopped onion
2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles (flavor packets discarded)
½ cup frozen peas
1 egg
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1 pinch red pepper flakes
Chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Step 1
Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 5 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain. Add onion to bacon drippings in skillet; cook until tender, 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 2
Meanwhile, cook ramen in a saucepan according to package directions, adding peas the last minute of cooking. Reserve 1/2 cup cooking water; drain.

Step 3
Whisk together egg, Parmesan, onion and drippings, salt, and red pepper in a bowl. Add hot ramen and cooked bacon. Toss to coat, adding enough reserved cooking water to make a creamy consistency. Top servings with parsley.

4 Ingredient Cheesy Frittata At Home

Isaac Toups of Toups’ Meatery in New Orleans is at home making a frittata, the fancy and fluffy open-faced omelette that works with just about any additional ingredients you have on hand. Isaac’s frittata, his (accidental) first vegetarian dish for MUNCHIES, is made with fried onions and lots of cheeses, like Parmesan, cheddar, provolone, and more. How to Make Easy Yogurt Cake #WithMe | At Home Recipes | Allrecipes.com

Ingredients:
1 (5 ounce) container plain yogurt
1/2 yogurt container vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 yogurt containers white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 yogurt containers all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch round springform cake pan.
2. Empty the yogurt into a mixing bowl. Measure the oil, using the yogurt container, and add to the yogurt. Set aside. Rinse yogurt container and dry with paper towel to continue using it as a measuring tool. Watch Now
Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract to the yogurt-oil mixture. Beat well until thoroughly combined. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined; batter will be thick. Pour into the prepared cake pan and spread to level the top.
3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
