The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had a turbulent plane journey after spending time with children at a cancer hospital in Pakistan – the same one Princess Diana visited the year before she died.
The young patients were ready for their royal guests with one of them wearing matching toy tiaras with the Duchess and hosting a tea party on her bed.
