Apple has been a tech giant since its inception many, many decades ago. In the past, gaming on Mac computers wasn’t a strange idea at all. Today, long after the tenure of Steve Jobs, the company is in an interesting place, far removed from where the company began all those years ago. The iPhone continues to dominate the mobile market and the iPad the tablet market, but Apple has seen success with their computers, their watches, their headphones, their TVs, and more. This has led many to wonder if there’s anything Apple can’t do, and if that’s the case, why hasn’t Apple made a gaming computer yet? The answer to this question is surprisingly simple but requires a little understanding of Apple’s ethos as a company and what they’ve been doing in recent memory.
