White House responds to Dolan’s “strangling Catholic church”

Chief White House correspondent Norah O’Donnell asked press secretary Jay Carney about comments Cardinal Timothy Dolan made Tuesday on “CBS This Morning” that the Obama administration was “straitjacketing” and “handcuffing” religious institutions like the Catholic Church with its contraception policies.
