Rescuers in Scotland freed a gray seal that became entangled in a lobster fishing line.

The pup was trapped in the wire off the northern coast of Scotland. After a diver unsuccessfully tried to free the seal in the water the rescuers pulled it out of the water and cut the wire, dropping the seal back into the sea. The seal may have been tangled while going after a fish, or simply because it was curious. The rescuers say the seal appeared unharmed and swam away after being freed.
