The House Intelligence Committee is holding an open hearing as part of the impeachment inquiry into US president Donald Trump.
Fiona Hill, former senior director for Europe and Russia at the NSC, and David Holmes, political counselor at the US embassy in Kyiv will testify.
Fiona Hill has previously told House investigators that the then-National Security Advisor John Bolton instructed her to report her concerns about Rudy Giuliani and Trump’s dealings with Ukraine to NSC lawyers.
