Tom Fontana’s COPPER Five Points Walking Tour #2: Lawless in Manhattan

Go on a personal walking tour of New York City’s Five Points, the setting of BBC America’s all new original series COPPER, with Series Co-Creator and Executive Producer, Emmy® Award-Winner Tom Fontana (Homicide: Life on the Streets, Oz).

Explore the birth of this famous slum – and what remains in 2012 Manhattan! – in this one-of-a-kind, personal history lesson.

Says Tom Fontana, “If you wanted a good time and wanted to take your life in your hands, you would go down to Five Points. What’s remarkable is to go to that neighborhood now, because it’s where all the courthouses are. It’s weird how lawless it was back then, and now it’s a paragon of law!”

Don’t miss the World Premiere of COPPER, Sunday August 19 at 10/9c only on BBC America.

COPPER stars Tom Weston-Jones (MI-5) and Franka Potente (The Bourne Supremacy, Run Lola Run). The series is created by Fontana and Academy Award®-nominee Will Rokos (Monster’s Ball, Southland), and executive produced by Academy Award® Winner BARRY LEVINSON (Good Morning Vietnam, Rain Man).
