In this video, we’ll use a combination of sweet white and red onions to create a version of France’s most popular soups. Once the onions are cooked down, we’ll add chicken and beef broth along with red wine and aromatics. The soup is then ladled into individual oven-safe ramekins and topped with crusty French bread and cheese. Slide under the broiler to melt the cheese and the soup is ready!
