SEC opens up about JPMorgan investigation

The losses from a risky bet at JPMorgan Chase, originally estimated at $2 billion, have climbed to over $3 billion. There are three federal agencies investigating what went wrong at the banking giant. The heads of two of those agencies testified before Congress, reports Nancy Cordes.
