Designing and developing Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled products and services can be difficult, but finding the right business models to monetize IoT is proving to be even more of a challenge. The cloud services required over the product’s life are far more complex, extending beyond simple data storage and requiring device and services compatibility. Using real world case studies and examples, we will offer practical advice on how to think about IoT capabilities and business value.
