Saving Big Cats Starts With Kids

Lions, tigers, cheetahs and other big cats are in serious trouble. There are fewer wild lions left than there are rhinos, and there are more tigers in captivity than in the wild. See how National Geographic Explorer Amy Dickman is working to conserve these iconic species. Through National Geographic’s Big Cats Initiative Sister School Program, she teaches kids in Africa and the United States about big cats and how they can help save them.

Your donation to National Geographic’s Big Cats Initiative helps halt the decline of big cats in the wild through on the ground conservation projects. Donate here: https://donate.nationalgeographic.org/SSLPage.aspx?pid=1536
