Erin’s creates her Pork Schnitzel by dredging paper-thin pork cutlets through flour and egg before being covered in a breadcrumb and parkia mixture. Her German version is accompanied with an nice, creamy sauce and it is one easy, delicious dinner. Serve with a wedge of lemon and you’ve got heaven on a plate!
