The nation’s ultimate bragging rights basketball competition came to New York on Friday, August 16, 2013 with the goal of finding the city’s best basketball players. The top 100 players from NY’s five boroughs and its surrounding areas came together at the Brooklyn Nets practice facility in East Rutherford, NJ to compete for a chance to represent the Big Apple in the final battle this fall at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
Washington D.C., Chicago, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Philly, Indianapolis, Houston and Atlanta are also hosting regional events and will send their eight best players to represent in the epic final in Brooklyn with the goal of settling the long-standing debate: Which city produces the best basketball players?
