The Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab has called for the American woman involved in the car crash which killed a British teenager to “do the right thing” and return to the UK if prosecutors decide to go ahead with charges.
Anne Sacoolas claimed diplomatic immunity and fled to the US after the fatal collision, which killed Harry Dunn in August outside a military base in Northamptonshire.
