In the third episode of “MOLTISSIMO”, Mario goes bicoastal; hosting chefs Nicholas Morgenstern (NY) and Wes Avila (LA) inside the MUNCHIES Test Kitchen for a quintessential Italian meal.
On the menu is “Coietti” (aka Veal Braciole), a special dish passed down through generations of the Batali family, and a gigantic bowl of Trenette Genovese with hand-ground pesto. The boys finish off the meal with Morganstern’s twist on the Rocky Road Ice Cream sandwich. Cin Cin, Mother Fuckers!
