Arnold Schwarzenegger’s back, but this time he’s the leader of a major drug cartel… Hm didn’t see that one coming! Arnold, as Kingpin Ray Owens busts out of a courthouse and speeds to the Mexican border, where the only thing in his path is a sheriff and his inexperienced staff. Sounds awesome, right? Right? Let us know if this is a film to see in theaters or one that premium TV stations will be playing to fill their day-time slots for years to come.
