Boris Johnson has used his campaign launch to attack MPs for “refusing time and time again to deliver Brexit”.
In an address outside Number 10, the Prime Minister said: “I don’t want an early election and no one much wants to have an election in December, but we’ve got to the stage where we have no choice because our parliament is paralysed.”
He described Parliament’s voting decisions on Brexit as “mind-boggling”.
