New Orleans restaurant McHardy’s Chicken & Fixin’ isn’t letting social distancing stop them from serving their signature fried chicken, chicken wings, and other Southern classics. Instead, Rahman, with his daughter and mother, have engineered creative ways to keep their customers fed, like building a pulley system that carries food from the kitchen to the customers at a safe distance. The family shares the challenges they’ve faced with Coronavirus, but also the joy that making and serving their food brings them.
