المكونات:

4 معلقة كبيرة زبدة

3/2 كوب سكر بودرة

2 صفار بيض

2 بيضة

1 معلقة  صغيرة فانيلا

6 معلقة كبيرة دقيق

رشة ملح

¾ كوب شوكولاته مقطعة

كاكاو سادة

التحضير:
1-  ارفعي الشوكولاته والزبدة لتذوب علي حمام مائي  وسخني الفرن علي 200-250 وادهني القوالب بالزبدة جيدا جدا ثم رشيها بطبقة من الكاكاو واتركيها جانبا .

2-اخفقي البيض مع الصفار والسكر البودرة  معا جيدا ثم اضيفي الملح والدقيق والشوكولاته الذائبة بالمعلقة لمجرد ان تمتزج فقط وصبيها في القوالب  وتدخل الفرن ل12 دقيقة  ثم اخرجيها وأتركيها لتبرد قليلا  ثم مري بحد السكين حول الحواف واقلبيها بخفة علي طبق التقديم  ورشيها بقليل من  السكر البودرة
