Ingredients:
cooking spray
3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
3 bananas, mashed
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Prepare a bread pan with cooking spray.

Mix eggs and vinegar together in a bowl; add bananas, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract and stir until blended.

Sift flour, cinnamon, baking powder, nutmeg and salt together in a large bowl; stir into banana mixture until well blended. Pour batter into prepared bread pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, about 1 hour. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.

Ingredients:
Dough:
4 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour, divided
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs
1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
1 cup warm water (110 degrees F (43 degrees C))
1 cup warm milk (110 degrees F (43 degrees C))
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
5 cherry tomatoes, halved
4 spears pickled asparagus, drained
3 jarred roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
3 mini bell peppers, sliced
3 Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
2 sprigs fresh dill
1 sprig fresh sage
1 sprig fresh parsley
1 sprig fresh basil
1 tablespoon pine nuts
1 tablespoon pepitas
1 tablespoon olive oil, or as desired
flaked sea salt to taste (optional)

Directions:
Combine 2 cups flour, yeast, dried Italian herbs, and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Add warm water, warm milk, and 1/4 cup oil; beat until well combined, about 2 minutes. Mix in remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, switching to a wooden spoon when needed, until a soft and sticky dough is formed.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl, drizzle the sides with 1 tablespoon oil, and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Let rise at room temperature until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Oil an 11×17-inch baking sheet.

Turn the dough out onto the prepared baking sheet. Gently spread and flatten dough to fit the entire sheet. Press your fingers into the dough to make light dimples over the entire surface. Let rest, uncovered, at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Place an oven rack in the lower third of the oven and preheat to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Decorate dough by gently pressing down cherry tomatoes, asparagus, red peppers, bell peppers, olives, dill, sage, parsley, basil, pine nuts, and pepitas. Brush a thin layer of olive oil over the top and sprinkle with salt.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue to bake until golden and bread springs back when gently pressed, about 20 more minutes. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then carefully slip out onto a cooling rack. Cool and serve at room temperature.

Beef Stroganoff – The Cooking Show

Farideh brings some home-cooked nostalgia to the Munchies Test Kitchen with her take on beef stroganoff. Farideh updates this classic dinner recipe by using beef tenderloin, fresh mushrooms and onions, and makes a flavorful sauce made with white wine, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, and beef stock. Operating in a Shutdown – 886 Restaurant

How should a business function during a crisis? Eric Sze and Andy Chuang, owners of 886, a popular Taiwanese restaurant in New York city, chose to put all their efforts toward helping their employees and feeding their community. When NYC restaurants were ordered to close their doors, Eric and Andy took to their kitchen and started making bento boxes to donate to emergency workers throughout the city. Their two-person operation is continuing to cook, with all proceeds going directly back to their staff, many of whom are undocumented.

How to Make Bread and Butter Pudding | At Home Recipes | Allrecipes.com

Ingredients:
8 slices stale bread
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup dried currants
1 3/4 cups milk
2 eggs
1 pinch ground nutmeg

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch round pie dish or cake pan.
2. Butter the bread on both sides and cut into triangles. Arrange a single layer of buttered bread in the bottom of the greased pan, slightly overlapping the triangles. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the sugar and all of the currants. Arrange the remaining bread on top, then sprinkle with remaining sugar.
3. Beat milk, eggs, and nutmeg together. Pour over the bread and press down firmly to compress the pudding and help the bread absorb the milk mixture.
4. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and set, about 30 minutes.
